This article appeared in the International Lions Magazine (June/July 2017):
The Mayne Island Lions have received international recognition for their initiative in working with the Mayne Island Quilters on the Days for Girls program.
Lions International Magazine is read wherever in the world there is a Lions club;
that is 1.5 million members in 46,000 clubs in over 200 countries.

Just in from the Days for Girls International office in Bellingham WA --
the 2018 Enterprise Evaluation Report.
What is extremely interesting in this report is the way that DfG is not only addressing the menstrual health of women in countries where the concerns are prevalent but the DfG initiative is also creating a sense of independence and sustainability through their Micro-Enterprise alternative. We are certainly proud to be a part of this journey! Please take the time to read all about it at the link above.
