Event  Rentals

The Mayne Island Lions Club has a variety of items available for rent for your special event:
tables, chairs, tents, gazebos, dishes, cutlery, warming dishes, thermos dispensers and a PA system.  


For detailed information on quantity, pricing and other particulars,​ and to book your rental, please download the fillable Rental Request form below. Complete the fillable form below, save to your device, and email it as an attachment to rentals@mayneislandlions.org. ​

Terms and Conditions

 

  • Rental requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the event

  • 50% Deposit (non-refundable) must be paid at least 10 days prior to event, balance paid 10 days before

  • Only the large (20' x 20') tents are delivered, erected and returned by the Lions.

  • Customers must arrange pick-up and return of all other items from the Lions shed in Dinner Bay, by arrangement with the shed masters.   

  • Please return items clean, otherwise there will be an extra charge for cleaning ($35 per hour, max 3 hours).

  • Any damages to rental items will be charged at the cost of repair, or replacement.

  • The 20 x 20 tents are not rented out during winter months (From Tuesday after Thanksgiving until March 31st)

  • Mayne Island non-profit organizations can request a preferential rate. Some conditions apply. Be prepared to supply four members of your organization for large tents or two members for all other rentals to help with set up. Otherwise the full rental fees will apply.
