Event Rentals
If you've been to an event on Mayne Island than you have likely seen some of the rental items available from the Mayne Island Lions Club.
Simplify the preparation for your special event by ordering tables, chairs, dishes—even a PA system—from the Lions.
Order early, especially for events during the very busy summer season, as quantities of all items are limited.

Rental requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the event (we recommend you reserve as early as possible)

50% Deposit (non-refundable) is due upon receipt of invoice from rental agent

Balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to event

Only the large (20' x 20' and 20' x 10') tents are delivered, erected and returned by the Lions.

Customers must arrange pick-up and return of all other items from the Lions shed in Dinner Bay, by arrangement with the Shed Masters.

Please return items clean, otherwise there will be an extra charge for cleaning ($35 per hour, max 3 hours).

Any damages to rental items will be charged at the cost of repair, or replacement.

The 20 x 20 tents are not rented out during winter months (From Tuesday after Thanksgiving until March 31st)

Mayne Island non-profit organizations can request a preferential rate. Some conditions apply. Be prepared to supply four members of your organization for large tents or two members for all other rentals to help with set up. Otherwise the full rental fees will apply.
